Another way in which bats are useful to the plant kingdom is through the dispersal of seeds. While in flight, the fruit eating bats excrete the seeds from the fruits they eat, therebydispersing the seeds to surrounding areas. In areas where bats are listed as endangered, plants and other wildlife are seriously threatened.

These 20 tasks will be shared with the other students. Each task will also be saved to a portfolio so that at the end of the year there will be 20 tasks in the portfolio (one for each math topic).
