The Time of Remembrance Oral Histories Project is an on-going project supported by the Elk Grove Unified School District. Through the growing collection of interviews and teacher-created lessons, students across the state and nation now have access to the living voices of Japanese-American citizens, who, following the outbreak of WWII, were removed from the West Coast - forever changing the history of farming communities along the West Coast.
